My nephew had his car towed here after his alternator died. Michael got the part ordered and got it in for him the same day so he would have wheels and basically a place to stay as he is homeless at the moment. My husband and I paid the bill and he even saved us money which is much appreciated!! Would recommend this shop
I am beyond thankful to the discount tire crew for being very attentive, professional, kind, and accommodating. The front desk gentleman very pleasantly checked me in for a tire repair. After finding out my tire was low for a couple days despite adding air to it and becoming worse, and desperate to get it fixed before my next few work shifts in long drive, I stopped at discount tire. The service was so professional and prompt. Mike fixed my tire efficiently and was so kind and generous. Thank you so much, your hard work is very much appreciated!
